Rachel Semmens

Meet Rachel, Co-owner and operator of Refined Rejuvenation. Rachel has been a Registered Nurse since 2016. Her background is in Emergency Medicine, working between South Bruce Grey Health Centre ED and Southlake Regional Health Centre ED.

Rachel has always had a creative side and a passion for helping others. In 2021 she was able to blend both passions into one with the opening of Refine By Rachel. Later becoming Refined Rejuvenation.

Rachel truly believes in the power of prevention in all things health and aging, focusing on maintaining a natural aesthetic look.
